The Cambria Hotel is a 164-room hotel development located in a high-traffic location between Somerville’s Union and Porter Squares. The six-story building includes one level of below-grade parking with a post-tensioned, concrete podium slab acting as both a structural floor and as a transfer slab for the light gauge steel-framed structure above. The building’s modern exterior design features dramatic window wall and rain screen systems.
Hotel amenities include a full-service restaurant with a bar and indoor and outdoor seating, as well as private dining, an indoor pool, fitness center, rooftop terraces and meeting room/conference spaces.
