New construction of a 500,000 sq. ft., 15-level core and shell lab/office building with a four-level subterranean parking garage located in the Assembly Square neighborhood of Somerville. This project includes a two-level mechanical penthouse with amenity floor and 5,000 sq. ft. of ground level retail space.
Exterior program scope includes construction of a new plaza and upgrades to the adjacent City-owned Kensington Park. Both improvements will provide gathering areas for community connection within Assembly Square and enhance the overall experience at the project.
The project will be targeting LEED Platinum status in conjunction with Somerville Zoning Ordinance.
